The Clinical manager manages the department staff to implement and maintain compliance with the established standards of care and practice, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. Is accountable for the clinical management of the nursing unit on a 24-hour basis. Is an advocate of the Hospital Mission Statement supporting the goals and objectives of the organization.
